Works with the tools your day already runs through.

Handled sits on top of the apps you already use — nothing to replace, nothing to migrate.

Coming next: Microsoft Teams, Outlook Calendar, Apple Notes, Apple Reminders, Gmail, Outlook, Slack.

One app, the whole day

Today

Handled's Today screen: the morning greeting and the day's meetings, with a Join button on the next one

The whole day, one screen

What is next, what is still pending, and how much room the day really has — answered at a glance instead of by opening four apps. Overdue work keeps resurfacing until you deal with it, so nothing quietly disappears.

Tasks

All Tasks in Handled: pending, overdue, and done counts, with tasks grouped into Overdue, Today, and Upcoming

Capture in a keystroke

A hotkey from any app on your Mac, the share sheet on your phone, or just your voice. Type it the way you would say it — “call the plumber tomorrow 9am” — and the date, list, and priority file themselves.

Notes

Handled's Notes: recent meeting notes with their summaries, and the folders they file into

Notes and links, one search away

Write a note, or send a link in from any app and keep it as a note or a task with the page attached. Folders when you want them, search when you do not. Over MCP, assistants like Claude can read and write your notes — with your permission.

Calendar

Handled's week calendar: tasks pinned above each day, meetings on the grid, and a now-line at the current time

Every calendar, one week

Every calendar already on your device — Apple, Google, iCloud, Exchange — side by side in a single week view. Sync runs both ways: move an event in Handled and it moves everywhere else, drag a task onto the grid and it becomes time on your day.

Meetings

A meeting in Handled: the Details and Transcript tabs, and the Before-this-meeting brief — what is still open and what was agreed last time

And when you are in a meeting

Hit record and Handled listens from your device — no bot joins the call. The transcript is written on-device, and the note arrives finished: what happened, what was decided, and every action item waiting as a task you approve.

A day you can hold in one hand.

Wherever you look,

Handled's Today screen: morning greeting, next meeting, and the day's tasks
Handled on Apple Watch: the next meeting and the day's tasks on the wrist

Meetings become notes, action items become tasks, and the calendar sees all of it. Handled folds the day into one quiet screen that always knows what’s next — and how much room it really has.

Everything syncs both ways with the tools you already use, so the one place is always the true place.

the same day, everywhere.

Beyond the app

Wherever the day finds you.

Handled is not only a screen you open. Most of the time it answers before you get there.

Widgets that answer without opening

Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets for today’s schedule, a today-and-tomorrow agenda, a morning summary, and your open to-dos. Most days you never open the app at all.

A Live Activity counting down

Your next meeting on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, counting down — then rolling straight to your next task when the calendar is clear.

The day on your wrist

The Apple Watch app shows what is next and what is left, so a glance answers the question a phone would have interrupted you to answer.

Work and personal, kept apart

Work, Personal, and Freelance profiles. Switch context in a tap and see only what belongs to it — the other life stays out of your day entirely.

Questions, answered.

Everything else lives in the help center.

One quiet app for the things you have to remember: your tasks, your notes, the links you want to keep, and every calendar you already use — on a single screen, on all your Apple devices.

A hotkey from any app on your Mac, the share sheet on your iPhone or iPad, or your voice. Type it the way you would say it — “call the plumber tomorrow 9am” — and the date and list sort themselves out.

Yes. Share a link from any app — Safari, Chrome, a message, anywhere with a share sheet — and choose whether it lands as a task to do something about, or a note to keep. The page stays attached either way.

Press the dictation hotkey anywhere on your Mac and talk. Handled turns your speech into clean text and types it where your cursor is — in any app, processed on-device.

It can, when you want it to. Hit record and Handled listens from your device — no bot joins the call, so it works in Zoom, Meet, Teams, or across a table. The transcript is written on your device, the audio is never uploaded, and the action items arrive as tasks you approve.

Only if you connect one. Handled speaks MCP, so Claude, Cursor, and Codex can read and manage your tasks, notes, and calendar — you generate a token in Settings and can revoke it at any time. MCP works through your cloud workspace, so it needs you to be signed in.

Yes. Handled is local-first — your tasks, events, and notes live on your device by default. See our Privacy Policy for details.

No. The app works fully offline with no account at all — that is the whole planner, on the device in your hand. Signing in adds a cloud copy of your data; Handled Pro is what keeps that copy in sync across your devices.

The app is free: tasks, notes, saved links, the week calendar, capture from anywhere, widgets, the Watch app, and meeting notes recorded and transcribed on your device. Handled Pro ($3.99/month or $24.99/year, with a free trial) adds sync across your devices, full cloud history, WhatsApp capture, Todoist and Notion import, and the Fathom, Fireflies, Granola, and Zoom connections.

Sync is part of Handled Pro. When you sign in with Pro, your data is backed up to your private cloud workspace and kept in step across every device you are signed in on — offline changes catch up automatically when you reconnect. On the free plan your data stays on the device it was created on, and the cloud copy keeps the last 30 days as a backup.

Open Settings → Notifications. You can enable or disable reminders, choose how far in advance to be reminded, and toggle the sound.

You can delete your account and all synced data from Settings inside the app. You can also email support@myhandled.app to request full deletion, or remove individual items in the app at any time.
