That is what we are building. Handled captures what lands on you — from Slack, WhatsApp, Gmail, meetings, or a passing thought — and quietly files it as tasks, events, and notes you can actually act on.

The itch
Too many apps, none of them yours
The day lived in five places: tasks in one app, meetings in another, notes wherever they landed, and a calendar that never saw any of it. Every tool was fine on its own — the day as a whole was the problem worth solving.
Zephr
The first version
Handled first shipped as Zephr — a fast, native planner for Apple devices built around one screen for the day. It proved the core idea: when events and to-dos share a timeline, deciding what to do next stops taking effort.

The rename, and the point
The rebuild sharpened what the app is for: capture from every tool you already use, turn meetings into notes and action items, and keep it all local-first and private. The name caught up with the feeling the app is meant to give you — it’s handled.

Productivity software loves to show off. Handled aims for the opposite feeling: one quiet screen that already knows what matters, with nothing fighting for your attention.

Local-first, private by default
Your tasks, events, and notes live on your device. Sync is optional, transcription runs on-device wherever possible, and nothing about your day is anyone’s business but yours.

Meet your tools where they are
Nothing to replace, nothing to migrate. Handled sits on top of Slack, WhatsApp, Gmail, your calendars, and your meeting tools — it works with your workflow instead of demanding a new one.

Free means useful
The free app is the whole app. When Pro arrives it will add extra room for heavy AI use — not carve holes in what you already rely on.

Ship, listen, repeat
Handled improves in small, steady releases, and the roadmap bends toward what real users ask for. Honest criticism has shaped more of this app than any grand plan.
