The performance pass

Zephr is noticeably faster in this update — task lists, search, and sync all got a performance pass.

  • New events you create now sync properly to Google Calendar and your device calendar — pick which calendar an event belongs to right when you create it.
  • You'll now get notified about new calendar invites that come in through a connected Google account, not just device calendars.
  • (Mac) The quick-add shortcut now defaults to ⌥⌘Space, since ⌥Space is often already used by other apps.

Everything still works fully offline.

Capture from anywhere

Capture from anywhere on your Mac. Press the quick-add hotkey for instant task capture — with due date, time, and note — or the voice hotkey for a tiny recorder that turns speech into a note. Both rebindable in Settings.

  • Profiles, managed properly — create, edit, and remove Work/Personal spaces in Settings, on both Mac and iPhone.
  • Cloud sync got a major reliability overhaul — changes flow between devices quickly and stay consistent.
  • Your name and avatar follow you across devices when signed in, and Settings shows when you last synced.
  • Cleaner calendar settings, and folders now focused on notes.
  • Lots of polish and fixes throughout.

Everything still works fully offline.

Google Calendar, everywhere

Google Calendar now works everywhere. Your meetings show up on Today, the widgets, the Lock Screen, and your Watch — each with reminders — not just inside the Calendar tab.

  • Quieter, smarter notifications — reliable snooze, alerts only for real invites, and a daily plan/wrap that reflects your actual day.
  • A cleaner Today, Calendar, and create flows, plus a new profile screen.
  • Day / 3-Day / Week calendar views that page by exactly what you see.
  • Lots of polish and fixes throughout.

Everything still works fully offline.
