You can install Handled and use it fully without creating an account. Everything works offline, on device.

The three states

No account — everything lives on this device and nowhere else. Nothing is uploaded.
Signed in, free — a cloud backup of the last 30 days, so a lost device is not a lost month. Your device keeps everything, forever.
Signed in with [Pro](/pricing) — the full history is backed up, and every device you own stays in step.

How sync behaves

With Pro, changes sync across every device where you are signed in. Work made offline queues up and syncs automatically when you reconnect — you do not have to do anything. Without Pro, each device keeps its own data and the cloud copy is a backup rather than a live mirror.

If a device looks out of date

1Check that the device is online.
2Confirm you are signed in to the same account on both devices.
3Open the app and give it a moment to catch up in the foreground.

Deleting the app from a device does not delete synced data from your other devices.
