Bring in what you already have
Import tasks and notes from Todoist, Notion, and your meeting tools.
You do not have to start from an empty app. Handled can pull in what you have already written down elsewhere.
What you can import
- Tasks and projects from Todoist (Pro)
- Pages from Notion, as notes (Pro)
- Meeting notes from Fathom, Fireflies, Granola, and Zoom, and Google Meet transcripts (Pro)
- Events from every calendar already on your device — free, and nothing to import: they simply appear
Importing runs through Handled's servers, which is why it is part of Handled Pro. Your calendars are the exception: those are read straight off your device on any plan.
Apple Reminders and Apple Notes import is not available yet — both appear in Connections marked Coming soon.
How to import
- 1Open Settings → Connections and pick the tab: Calendars, Meetings, or Tasks.
- 2Connect the tool — usually by pasting an API key you copy from it.
- 3Review the preview. It is a dry run that writes nothing and shows you what is new versus already here.
- 4Confirm. Imported items keep their titles and dates wherever the source app exposes them.
Importing copies items into Handled. It does not delete anything from the app you imported from, so you can try Handled without burning a bridge.
