What is Handled?
A clean, minimal home for your tasks, notes, links, and calendar.
Handled is a quiet place for the things you have to remember. Your tasks, your notes, the links you want to keep, and every calendar you already use — on one screen, on iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Watch. It is deliberately small: no boards, no workspaces, nothing to configure before it is useful.
What it does
- Keeps tasks, notes, and your week calendar in one place, on one screen
- Captures fast: the quick-add hotkey on Mac, the share sheet on iPhone, or your voice
- Saves a link from any app as a task or a note, with the page kept alongside it
- Shows every calendar already on your device in a single week view, synced both ways
- Puts the day on your Home Screen, Lock Screen, and wrist, so most days you never open it
- Records a meeting when you need it and writes the notes on-device — no bot joins the call
- Speaks MCP, so AI assistants can read and manage your notes and tasks
What it costs
Everything above is free on one device, with no account — including meeting recording and transcription, because all of that runs on your device. Handled Pro adds what runs on our servers: sync across your devices, full cloud history, WhatsApp capture, Todoist and Notion import, and the meeting-tool connections. See Pricing.
What it is not
Handled is not a replacement for the apps your team runs on. It sits on top of them: nothing to migrate, nothing to shut down. If your work lives in Slack, Gmail, Notion, or Google Calendar, it keeps living there — Handled just makes sure the things aimed at you end up in one place.
