Connect your calendars
Show the calendars already on your device, and connect Google directly with Pro.
There are two ways calendars reach Handled, and the free one covers most people.
Calendars already on your device — free
Any account you have added to iOS or macOS — iCloud, Google, Exchange, or anything else — is already on your device, and Handled reads it straight from there. Nothing to connect, no subscription, and it syncs both ways.
- 1Add the account in iOS Settings → Apps → Calendar → Accounts, or macOS Settings → Internet Accounts.
- 2Open Handled → Settings → Connections → Calendars.
- 3Pick which of those calendars should appear.
Google Calendar, connected directly — Pro
Connecting Google to Handled itself is part of Handled Pro. It runs through our servers rather than your device, which is what makes it real-time on every device at once, and what makes Google Meet transcripts possible.
- 1Open Settings → Connections → Calendars.
- 2Choose Google Calendar and sign in.
- 3Approve the permissions Google asks for.
- 4Pick which of that account’s calendars should appear in Handled.
Outlook Calendar has its own row marked Coming soon. Until it lands, add your Outlook account to iOS or macOS and it arrives through the free route above.
More than one account
Repeat the same steps to add a second work or personal account. Every connected calendar lands in the same week view, and you can show or hide any of them without disconnecting the account.
Disconnect
Open Settings → Connections, choose the account, and disconnect. Events from that account stop appearing in Handled. Nothing is changed or deleted in the calendar provider itself.
